Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Cavaridge("we," "us") handles information collected through AgentOpsKit.cavaridge.app (the "Site") in connection with the Cavaridge AgentOps Kit.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to sell and deliver the product:

• Purchase information: when you buy the Toolkit, Implementation Bundle, or reserve a Done-For-You deposit, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details from Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Contact form and waitlist submissions: if you use the contact form or join the AgentOps SaaS waitlist, we store the name/email/message you submit so we can respond.
• Product analytics:we use PostHog to understand which sections of the Site are viewed and which buttons are clicked (e.g. "checkout started"), so we can fix what's broken and improve the page. This does not include payment details.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase (download links, or scheduling for Done-For-You work).
• To respond to support and sales inquiries.
• To improve the Site based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (purchase receipts, contact replies).
• PostHog — product analytics.

Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only what's necessary for them to perform their function for us.

Data retention

We retain purchase and contact records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize data on request where we're not required to keep it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
