Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the Cavaridge AgentOps Kit ("the Kit"), sold by Cavaridge through AgentOpsKit.cavaridge.app. By purchasing or using the Kit, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

The Kit is an implementation guide and set of code templates, prompts, and setup instructions for building autonomous AI worker systems. It is licensed for your own use and for use in client engagements you deliver (MSP/consulting context) — it is not licensed for resale, republishing, or redistribution of the materials themselves.

Not a compliance product

The Kit provides technical patterns and examples. It makes no HIPAA, SOC 2, or other regulatory certification claim, and ships with no Business Associate Agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring any system you build with it operates within the terms of service of connected platforms (e.g. Anthropic, Telegram), applicable law, and your own organization's security and compliance obligations. Do not connect systems built from this Kit to production financial accounts, live customer data, or protected health information without independent security review.

Done-For-You Setup

The Done-For-You tier begins with a refundable deposit to reserve the engagement. After the deposit, we'll contact you to scope the work; the deposit is credited toward the final project cost. See the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

No warranty

The Kit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Cavaridge is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the materials or any system built with them.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD and may change without notice for future purchases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
