These are digital, instant-download products. Because the content is accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered once the download link has been issued.

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase — a broken download link, missing content, or a duplicate charge — contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@cavaridge.comwith your order confirmation, and we'll make it right.

Done-For-You Setup deposit

The $1,500 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once we've started scoping or building your setup, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is credited toward the final project cost. To cancel before work begins, email founders@cavaridge.com.

How to request a refund

Email support@cavaridge.com with your order ID (from your Stripe receipt) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
